Ever since I was a little girl, I liked pumpkin a lot. So this year, for the sake of the season, I tried out some new pumpkin recipes. Not to mention that pumpkin has a lot of health benefits, rich with different vitamins and minerals. Among those recipes, there were some I liked and some I didn’t really like. Below I’ll share the pictures of those that I liked.
I’ve been meaning to make pumpkin spice latte. So I tried making it a few times, but I didn’t like the results much, until I was finally able to develop a recipe that I liked.
This one here is a very simple recipe. If you are a pasta lover like me, and enjoy pumpkin, you can give it a try and add whatever else you’d like, because there’s no right or wrong here.
I enjoyed preparing this meal here. Yummy and healthy! Rice with cinnamon, and vegetables including pumpkin. Note that you can have any vegetable in the mix.
A few years back, I had a pumpkin dessert, so I had to remake it, or something close to it. And here’s the final result.
I also tried my hands on pumpkin soup. The first try, I added so much spices so it wasn’t very good. But I learned my lesson, and made some changes, hence the second version turned out better.
